The who is important to us on this site. Too often, when we become moms, we don’t become any one at all. We suddenly take a back seat to another little person. And we love and treasure that little person, and yet we often find ourselves, or rather lose ourselves in motherhood.
Other times, we struggle to even become parents, an even more frustrating process and ostracizing experience in a world of “moms”.
This website is by mothers, for mothers and mothers at heart, who aren’t afraid to say
“Hey! I’m still here!” , or “Hey, I need help!”, or “Why didn’t anybody tell me this was so hard!”, or even “Why can’t I get pregnant?”
The real truth…we started this site because we were losing track of who we were in our other jobs. Too often we don’t feel passionate about our jobs, are losing precious time with our little loved ones, not dedicating enough time to our relationships, and trying to make ends meet. At the end of the day, there’s never enough time, and never enough money. And then there isn’t a place to turn to with real time advice on what to do when you’ve reached your wits end!
Our goal is to offer real, honest information about motherhood and parenting. Tips and tricks, not just to look more chic, but to actually get you through another day.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.Ecclesiastes 4:12 NIV
This verse refers to marriage–Christ being the third cord that binds a man and a woman together, forever.
But God can bind us together in friendship as well. He places specific people in your life. Sometimes you think you are helping them, but more often than not, they are there to help YOU.
